8-Stage Compression Adjuster reservoir gives you the ability to precisely adjust compression from soft to firm with the simple twist of a knob. Allowing you to soften the ride when just cruising or firm up the compression when tackling rough terrain or carrying a load.

Heat Treated Alloy Steel Piston

Features race inspired port configurations and variable rate shim stack technology to provide vehicle specific damping performance and optimum ride quality. A composite Teflon wear band offers low internal resistance and high compressive strength enhancing shock performance.

Spherical Rod End Assembly – Strut

High performance spherical rod end assembly designed for correct clearance and increased strength to suit your application. Fitted with Teflon-lined Commercial Grade spherical bearings for smooth articulation and longest life.

Remote Reservoir Canister

Remote Reservoir Canister for increased oil volume, and greater cooling capacity. Internal Floating Piston separates the shock Oil and Nitrogen eliminating Foaming or mixing of the oil and gas that produces shock fade.

CR3+ plated Bored and Honed cylinder tubes, Aircraft quality billet aluminium components, High pressure hydraulic hose and seals. Plus the 20mm Hard-chromed shafts are designed for maximum strength and durability in lifted and performance applications.

These Superior Remote Reservoir Shocks are fully Rebuildable, Serviceable and Upgradeable. All parts are carried in stock and allow the user to finely-tune, adjust and service their shocks, ensuring you get the longest life possible from your suspension.

Ironman 4×4 Greaseable Fixed Pins allow easy lubrication of the polyurethane bushes.

They have a fully servicable design and built from super strong thick steel.

Each greaseable pin has four lubrication outlets for improved grease coverage.

The reason for the introduction of greasable pins is that polyurethane bushes will have an extra long life if they are regularly greased.

Ironman 4×4 pin kits are perfectly matched with Ironman 4×4 polyurethane bushes and come complete with protected grease nipples, recessed nuts and washers.

To enhance appearance and make them rust resistant, Ironman greasable pin kits have been zinc coated.

Inter-Leaf Liners

Used in some applications to lower friction between leaves reducing noise and improving comfort.

Lined Bolt Clamps

All Ironman springs feature bolted guide clamps for greater flex. The addition of anti-friction liners ensures noise free and ultra smooth operation.

Shot peening manipulates the spring materials surface tension to reduce stress and will enhance and extend the springs life.

When raising your 4WD above 2″ inches consider using Superior extended sway bar links.

Our Research and Development (R&D) team here at Superior Engineering recongnise that not all four wheel drivers want to disconnect their sway bars, but instead want a longer sway bar to suit their lifted trucks.

This enables your standard sway bars to be retained… even up to 6″ inches of lift.

Manufactured from 4140 solid bar with top quality, premium grade 1/2″ inch rod ends.

These Swaybar Extensions are proudly made by Superior in Australia!

These simply replace the standard link pins and have a height adjustable thread to customise and fine tune the fitment.
